Overseas Filipino Workers may purchase a GPC membership for an eligible family member or beneficiary residing in the Philippines, subject to GPC’s membership requirements, verification process, and applicable campaign mechanics.
For any giveaway, prize draw, promotion, referral program, or member benefit, eligibility will apply to the registered GPC member or named beneficiary, not necessarily the person who paid for the membership.
The registered member or beneficiary must satisfy all applicable requirements, including age, residency, account standing, identification, tax, verification, and prize claim requirements.
GPC may require proof of identity, residency, relationship, account ownership, payment, or other documents reasonably required to verify eligibility and prevent misuse, duplicate accounts, false claims, or fraudulent participation.
GPC reserves the right to deny, suspend, or revoke any membership, benefit, giveaway entry, prize claim, or referral reward if the OFW purchase or beneficiary account does not comply with these Terms, applicable laws, or GPC’s official campaign mechanics.
Membership approval is at GPC’s sole discretion. We may deny or revoke access without obligation to disclose reasons.
Members must conduct themselves in accordance with GPC’s values and refrain from misuse, abuse, or fraud. Misconduct may result in termination without refund.

By becoming an Account holder, a member or customer of GPC, you agree to enter contests and promotional giveaways under the following conditions:
Winners must submit all required documents, complete verification, and claim their prize within 60 days from the date of publication, announcement, or notification of winners, whichever comes last, unless a different period is stated in GPC’s official promotion mechanics or approved permit conditions.
If the winner fails to complete the prize claim requirements within the applicable claim period, the prize may be forfeited, subject to applicable laws, DTI rules, permit conditions, and GPC’s official promotion mechanics.
Before any prize is released, GPC may require the selected winner to complete verification and submit documents or information reasonably required for prize processing, compliance, and release.

GPC may withhold, delay, or decline prize release if the winner fails to submit the required information, provides false or incomplete information, fails verification, or does not comply with the official promotion mechanics.
All prize releases are subject to GPC’s verification process, applicable laws, permit conditions, tax requirements, and the official mechanics of the relevant promotion.
All prizes may be subject to applicable taxes, withholding taxes, deductions, reporting, and documentation requirements under Philippine law.
Where required, GPC may deduct and remit applicable withholding taxes or other required amounts to the appropriate government agency before releasing the prize to the winner.
Winners are responsible for providing any tax information, TIN, forms, affidavits, or supporting documents required by GPC for tax compliance and prize release.
Failure to provide required tax or compliance documents may delay or prevent prize release.
If a prize is forfeited, or if a winner is disqualified, fails verification, fails to claim the prize within the applicable claim period, or fails to comply with the official promotion mechanics, GPC may, subject to applicable laws, DTI rules, permit conditions, and official mechanics:
GPC will have no obligation to release, replace, or compensate any winner for a prize that has been forfeited or validly withheld due to disqualification, failed verification, non-compliance, or failure to claim within the applicable claim period.
Membership tiers carry monthly fees. All charges are disclosed at checkout and are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.
Fees are non-refundable. Requests for exceptional refunds or corrections must be submitted in writing within 7 days. Physical items or offers are subject to the respective partner’s policies.
You may cancel your GPC membership at any time by logging into your GPC web portal, accessing the Membership Profile section, selecting “Delete Account,” and following the on-screen prompts. Upon completion, you will receive a confirmation email.

There are no refunds for unused portions of your membership.
If your account fails to process a payment, GPC will attempt to bill the method of payment (xx). If the (xx) attempt fails, your subscription will be automatically terminated, and your loyalty streak and benefits will be forfeited without further notice.

By submitting your photo, video, testimonial, statements, screenshot photo, and social media details, you allow Ginto Privilege Club to use your name, photo, screenshot photo, video, voice, testimonial, and statements for promotional purposes, including social media, ads, landing pages, emails, and other official marketing channels.
Content may be lightly edited for clarity, length, formatting, or presentation, and may be used without further approval or payment.
All materials, branding, trademarks, and content available through the Platform are the sole property of GPC or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
You agree to resolve any disputes through amicable settlement where possible. If not resolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration under the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (RA 9285), governed by Philippine law.

Referrers are solely responsible for declaring and paying any applicable income taxes related to their commissions. GPC may request a valid TIN (Tax Identification Number) and may withhold taxes as required by BIR regulations.
Referrers may use official GPC banners, logos, and materials provided by GPC. No modification, resale, or sublicensing is permitted. All intellectual property remains the exclusive property of GPC.

To the extent permitted by Philippine law, GPC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from referral activities or missed earnings.
This Direct Referral Program is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including the Consumer Act (RA 7394) and Civil Code. Any dispute shall be resolved amicably first; otherwise, the dispute will be handled under RA 9285 (Alternative Dispute Resolution Act).
Ginto Privilege Club is a membership platform offering exclusive discounts, rewards, and experiences to its members. As a registered Merchant Partner, your business will provide agreed-upon benefits or offers to GPC members and may receive brand exposure and marketing support in return.
To register as a Merchant Partner, you must:
Ginto Privilege Club (GPC) does not charge any upfront fees for merchant registration and does not impose ongoing fees, unless explicitly specified in relation to certain campaigns, promotions, or initiatives that may require a separate written agreement.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted under the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably and, if necessary, brought before the appropriate courts in Metro Manila.
