Ginto Privilege Club is a Philippines-based rewards and partner deals platform built around one-off GPC Packs, selected GPC draws, and visible winner proof. It is not a membership, subscription, referral, MLM, or income opportunity.
1. Scope
These terms apply to one-off GPC Packs, eligible GPC Partner Deals, selected promotional draw opportunities and use of the GPC website or app. Additional published Pack descriptions, Partner Deal terms and official promotion mechanics also apply.
2. One-off GPC Packs
A GPC Pack is purchased once for the stated price and stated validity period. It is not a monthly membership or recurring subscription. Each Pack page identifies its inclusions, validity, eligibility and any applicable limitations before purchase.
3. Accounts and eligibility
Customers must provide accurate information and keep account access secure. Pack benefits and promotional opportunities are available only during the applicable validity period and remain subject to verification and the published eligibility requirements.
4. GPC Partner Deals
Partner Deals are supplied by participating independent businesses. Each deal may have participating locations, expiry dates, minimum-spend conditions, exclusions, redemption limits and availability requirements. Customers should review the individual deal before redemption.
5. Selected GPC draws
Selected Packs may include promotional draw opportunities. Every promotion is governed by its published dates, cut-off, eligibility requirements, official mechanics and applicable permits. GPC verifies results before public confirmation. No outcome is guaranteed.
6. Winner proof and fulfilment
GPC may publish confirmed winner records and available prize fulfilment or delivery updates. Winners must complete reasonable identity and eligibility verification. GPC never charges a winner claim fee and never asks for a GCash PIN, banking password or banking OTP.
7. Payments and refunds
Pack prices, payment methods and taxes are displayed at checkout. Refund eligibility is governed by the published Refund & Payment Policy and applicable law. A change of mind does not automatically create a refund entitlement after digital benefits have been accessed or used.
8. Acceptable use
Customers must not misuse a Pack, deal, code, account, promotion or GPC system; provide false information; interfere with verification; or attempt unauthorised access. GPC may suspend access while suspected misuse or security issues are reviewed.
9. Privacy and communications
Personal information is handled under the GPC Privacy Policy. Transactional, security, eligibility and fulfilment communications may be sent through the contact details provided by the customer.
10. Changes and availability
GPC may update Pack availability, Partner Deals, operational processes or these terms when reasonably required. Changes do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Material updates will be published on the official website.

12. Previous model
These terms replace public-facing terms for GPC’s previous membership and referral model. GPC now operates through one-off GPC Packs and does not offer referral earnings or an income opportunity.
