• One verified Main Winner receives ₱30,000 in non-cash Giftaway Gift Code value for use at a GPC-approved authorised smartphone retailer, selected according to the winner’s verified location and current branch serviceability.
• The prize is Giftaway Gift Code value, not a guaranteed product. Before codes are issued, the winner must select eligible items from the confirmed serviceable retailer.
• Because Giftaway Gift Codes cannot be partially redeemed, the winner must finalize a purchase basket that uses the applicable Gift Code value in full. If the selected items cost more than ₱30,000, the winner may voluntarily pay the excess directly to the retailer where permitted.
• No unused balance, cash difference, exchange or refund will be provided. Multiple Giftaway Gift Codes may be required and must be redeemed in accordance with the retailer’s current rules.
• The retailer credit is non-transferable.
• GPC will arrange the applicable Giftaway Gift Code or Gift Codes after verification and purchase-basket confirmation. Retailer delivery, collection, warranty and return arrangements are subject to the retailer’s terms.

In addition to the Main Winner, GPC will select five (5) distinct ₱500 GCash Bonus Winners.

• Only valid Sulit and Ginto Pack transactions are included in the Bonus Reward pool.
• Each qualifying Sulit or Ginto transaction receives one place in the Bonus Reward pool.
• One person may receive only one Bonus Reward per weekly draw.
• Bonus Winners must pass transaction, identity and registered-mobile verification before payment.
• Bonus Reward payment is made to the verified winner's eligible GCash account. GPC will not send the reward to an unrelated third party.

• A participant may receive only one prize in this draw: either the Main Prize or one ₱500 GCash Bonus Reward.
• The Main Prize takes priority over a Bonus Reward. If the same person is selected for both, the Main Prize prevails and the Bonus Reward will be reassigned to another eligible Sulit/Ginto participant after the Main Winner is verified.
• If the same person is selected more than once in the Bonus Reward pool, only the first valid Bonus Reward selection will stand. A replacement will be selected for each duplicate so that the draw has five distinct verified Bonus Winners.
• All Main and Bonus results remain provisional until verification is complete. Replacement selections are made from the applicable locked pool using the same approved random selection process and are recorded in the Winner Log.

• A provisional winner may be required to provide a government-issued ID matching the qualifying purchase name, verified mobile/email details, a serviceable Philippine address where required, a TIN where required, and a signed or digitally accepted winner acknowledgement.
• The official prize claim period is at least sixty (60) days from the latest winner notification or publication, whichever occurs later.
• GPC will not require a winner to pay a claim or processing fee. Winners should never provide an OTP, password, GCash PIN or banking password to claim a prize.
• Prize claims are administered through official GPC channels. Before codes are issued, GPC will verify the winner, confirm a serviceable retailer branch, and confirm the selected items and purchase basket.
• Prize release may be held until identity, eligibility, tax, serviceability and other required documents are complete.

Applicable Philippine tax rules apply. Because this Main Prize has a declared value above ₱10,000, GPC will shoulder the applicable withholding tax required by law. The winner must provide a valid TIN and other tax documents where required. GPC will never direct a winner to pay tax to a personal or unknown account.

GPC will provide an accurate status update if verification, merchant availability, tax documentation or another approved requirement causes delay.

• GPC will not reduce the declared ₱30,000 prize value. If the selected retailer or branch cannot reasonably serve the winner, GPC may offer an approved equal-value authorised retailer, subject to current serviceability and the winner confirming their revised purchase basket.
• The Smartphone Upgrade Main Prize is non-cash and non-transferable.
• Where the retailer permits top-up, the winner may voluntarily pay only the amount above ₱30,000 directly to the retailer. GPC does not collect or finance top-ups. The winner must not submit payment details to GPC or Pluxee beyond the official retailer payment process.
• Standard serviceable delivery or approved collection is paid by GPC and is not deducted from the declared prize value.

• GPC may publish a verified winner's first name and surname initial, city/province, prize, draw date and accurate fulfilment status.
• Photos, videos, testimonials or livestream appearances are voluntary and require the winner's consent. They are not a condition of prize release.
• GPC will not publicly disclose voucher codes, OTPs, full addresses, account numbers, TINs, government ID numbers, serial numbers, IMEI numbers or other sensitive information.
• Public status will reflect the actual stage of fulfilment, such as Verified, Processing or Delivered. GPC will not state that a prize has been delivered until receipt is confirmed.
