GPC FAQs
1. My draw entries are missing, what should I do?
First, check that:
- your GPC Pack payment was successfully completed;
- your pack is eligible for the promotional draw you are checking; and
- you are viewing the correct draw in your GPC account.
Each eligible GPC Pack will clearly show the number of bonus entries connected to the selected promotional draw.
If your payment is confirmed but your entries are still not showing, please contact Draw & Prize Support and provide:
- your full name;
- registered email address or mobile number;
- GPC Pack purchased;
- transaction or payment reference; and
- name of the promotional draw.
2. I think I won a GPC prize. What should I do?
Congratulations! Before providing any personal information, please make sure the notification came through an official GPC channel.
You can also check the official draw result through the GPC website and Winner Proof page.
If you believe you are a winner, you will receive an email and SMS from a GPC Representative or you can also contact GPC Support through the contact details published on the GPC website below.
Do not send sensitive information to an unknown account or person claiming to represent GPC.
3. How do I claim my GPC prize?
Once your win has been confirmed, GPC will provide the official next steps for prize verification and claiming.
The exact requirements may vary depending on the prize and the official mechanics of the promotional draw.
You may be asked to provide information needed to confirm your identity and eligibility. Only submit documents through the official process provided by GPC.
Once verification is complete, our team will confirm the next steps for prize collection, delivery, or fulfilment.
Important: GPC does not charge winners a fee simply to claim a legitimate GPC prize.
4.What documents will I need to claim my prize?
Required documents may depend on the prize and the official draw mechanics.
GPC will clearly advise confirmed winners of the documents required as part of the verification process.
For your security, do not send identification documents through unofficial social media accounts, unknown email addresses, or links that have not been provided through an official GPC channel.
If you are unsure whether a request is legitimate, contact Draw & Prize Support before submitting anything.
5. How long will it take to receive my prize?
Prize fulfilment time depends on the type of prize, winner verification, supplier or delivery arrangements, and the official mechanics of the promotional draw.
Once your verification has been completed, GPC will provide information about the next stage of the fulfilment process.
If you are already a confirmed winner and would like an update, please provide:
- your full name;
- promotional draw name;
- prize won; and
- winner or verification reference, if available.
6. My prize has been confirmed, but I have not received it yet. What should I do?
If your prize has already been confirmed but you are waiting for delivery or fulfilment, contact Draw & Prize Support for an update.
Please include your name, draw, prize, and any confirmation or reference details you have received from GPC.
Our support team can check the current status and advise you of the next step.
7. Where can I see the official draw result?
Official GPC draw results will be published through GPC’s official channels.
You can also visit the Winner Proof page to view available:
- draw results;
- confirmed winners;
- winner photos where consent has been provided;
- prize fulfilment updates; and
- available draw or livestream recaps.
8. How are GPC winners selected?
Each GPC promotional draw will have its own published Official Draw Mechanics explaining how eligible entries are included and how the winner is selected.
Before participating, you will be able to review information including:
- promotional period;
- eligible GPC Packs;
- bonus entries;
- draw date;
- winner-selection process;
- verification requirements; and
- prize-claiming process.
9. I missed the live draw. Can I still check if I won?
Yes.
You do not need to watch the draw live to check the official result.
Visit the Current Draw or Winner Proof page after the result has been published.
If you are confirmed as a winner, GPC will follow the notification process stated in the official mechanics for that draw.
10. Someone contacted me saying I won. How do I know if it is really GPC?
Be cautious before providing any information.
A legitimate GPC prize notification should be consistent with an actual GPC promotional draw and official published result.
GPC will never ask you for:
- your GCash PIN;
- online banking password;
- one-time password or OTP; or
- a fee simply to release or claim a legitimate GPC prize.
If you receive a suspicious message, do not click unknown links or send money.
Take a screenshot of the message and contact GPC through the official support details published on our website.
11. Someone is asking me to pay a prize-claim fee. Is this legitimate?
No. GPC does not charge winners a fee simply to claim a legitimate GPC prize.
Do not send money, GCash transfers, banking information, PINs, passwords, or OTPs to anyone claiming these are required to release your prize.
If someone has asked you for payment, please report the message to GPC Support.
12. Can someone else claim my prize?
Prize claiming and verification requirements depend on the official mechanics of the particular promotional draw.
If you are unable to complete the normal claiming process yourself, contact Draw & Prize Support before authorising another person or submitting documents.
Our team will advise you of the applicable process.
13. What happens if I cannot be contacted after winning?
Winner notification and claiming deadlines will be stated in the official mechanics of each promotional draw.
This is why it is important to make sure the mobile number and email address associated with your GPC account are correct and accessible.
If you believe you may have won but missed a notification, check the official Winner Proof page and contact GPC Support as soon as possible.
