1. What is Ginto Privilege Club?

Ginto Privilege Club (GPC) is a premium lifestyle membership platform that gives members access to exclusive merchant discounts and perks, life-changing prize giveaways, and unique monthly income generation opportunity – all in one app.

Joining Ginto means access to refined experiences and personalized service. This section explains membership tiers, fees, and how to maximize your privileges.

1. How does GPC membership work?

Members subscribe monthly via the GPC app to unlock privileges, deals from Merchant Partners and automatic entries into our major prize giveaways. There are three different Membership plans available: Basic, Elite and Royale. The more active you are, the more you save and earn in perks and chances to win.

Simply download the GPC app (iOS/Android), sign up, and choose a membership plan that suits your lifestyle and preference. It only takes a few minutes to unlock golden privileges. GPC is only available to Philippine residents aged 18+. Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs) can register as an Account Holder and purchase memberships for family and friends residing in the Philippines.

Yes! Ginto Privilege Club is available to all across the Philippines, with partner merchants and deals expanding monthly in both Metro and regional areas.

Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time via the app. You will still enjoy full access until the end of your current billing period. 

If you choose to upgrade or downgrade your GPC membership, the change will take effect from your next billing cycle. For any new giveaways launched after the change takes effect, your entries will reflect your new membership level.

We accept credit cards, debit cards, and major digital wallets like GCash and Maya.

Absolutely! You can gift a membership to someone else by adding them as a member to your account. This can easily be done on your Account screen through the GPC app.

Using GPC

Browse and redeem privileges easily through the Ginto app. Some experiences may require advance booking or concierge confirmation.

1. How do I claim my discounts?

It’s simple. Just retrieve your coupon code or discount barcode/QR code from the GPC app. If you’re claiming the discount in person, show the partnered business your active membership along with the deal barcode or QR code to redeem your offer.


Please note: the code is time-sensitive and will remain valid for 30 minutes, so make sure to complete your transaction within that period at the merchant’s store.

When you become a Member, you’ll be added to our mailing list and receive login details for your GPC Members Portal. Inside, you can access exclusive discounts and perks, update your information, and stay informed about deals and giveaways. All your GPC benefits will be at your fingertips 24/7 on the App.

This will be visible inside your members portal in the App.

This will be under the “My Giveaway Entries” in the App.

We’ll use the contact details you provided when signing up. Winners are contacted within 24 hours of the draw. Keep your info up to date!

We include a confirmation tick box for members to agree to participate in the giveaways.
Winners are selected through a transparent digital draw system with full compliance checks in place audited and overseen. All draws are conducted in accordance with DTI regulations and are overseen by the Department of Trade and Industry. As long as you’re an active GPC member, your entries are automatically included.

Miss Ginto will contact you during our live draw to announce the good news. We’ll then coordinate the prize delivery, we may film the handover, and publish the winner’s photo and or video in the app and on our website.

The app works on iOS and Android. We recommend updating your OS for the best performance

Yes, you’ll receive an email confirmation and can view your billing history in the app.

Entries reset after each major giveaway. New entries apply to the next available draw.

Giveaways

1. How do the giveaways and major prize draws work?

Every active member is automatically entered into our monthly giveaways—no need to sign up separately. The number of entries depends on your membership Plan.
Basic gives you 10 entries per month. Elite gives you 100 entries per month and Royale gives you 1000 entries per month.

You automatically get entries for every prize draw. Most giveaways are monthly, but sometimes there are more than one per month.
We include a confirmation tick box for members to agree to participate in the giveaways.

Just about anything—luxury items, cash, a car, even a house and lot. And yes, there’s usually a cash alternative.

We currently run major giveaways every month—but we’re just getting started. In the future, we would like to run more than one a month.

Direct Referral Program

1. How does the Direct Referral program work?

As a GPC member, you’ll receive a unique referral code to share with friends or family. When someone signs up using your code, not only will they receive one month of free Royale membership, you will earn  an income every month they pay their membership.  This only applies to direct referrals.There is no limit to how many people you can refer. It’s our way of thanking you for helping grow the GPC community.

You earn cash when your referral becomes an active member. Income is tracked in the app and paid monthly via digital wallets or other options.

Yes. Referral earnings are taxable under Philippine law. GPC handles tax withholding and remits to the government before releasing your net payout. This will also be shown on your statements.

Users Outside the Philippines- Overseas Filipino Workers (OFWs)

1. How do I join Ginto Privilege Club as an OFW?

As an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW), you can still join Ginto Privilege Club by registering as an Account Holder through the GPC app. While you won’t be able to personally redeem local deals or claim giveaway prizes, you’ll have full visibility of all available perks, promos, and draws. You’re also welcome to refer friends and family in the Philippines—however, you won’t be eligible to receive income from the direct referral program at this time.

Yes! Once registered, you can add your family and friends in the Philippines as Members and choose the membership Plan you’d like to purchase for them. Only members residing in the Philippines are eligible to redeem deals, receive incentive from the referral program, and participate in giveaways.

Yes. The default language of our App is English, but you’re able to easily change the language setting to Taglish inside the App.
