Kristine Henderson is CEO & Co-Founder of Ginto Privilege Club, a Philippines-focused rewards and promotional draw platform built around one-off GPC Packs, GPC Partner deals, and transparent prize-led campaigns. Previously, Kristine served as CEO and Founder of Sanctuary Care Pty Ltd in Australia, overseeing strategic leadership, operations, business growth, and high-quality home care delivery. She also has a strong clinical background as a Registered Nurse in oncology and general care. Kristine blends healthcare expertise with entrepreneurial vision to drive Ginto Privilege Club’s mission of empowering communities through value, rewards, and opportunity.

Andrew Henderson – Board Director

Andrew Henderson is an accomplished Australian entrepreneur and business strategist with over 20 years of leadership in consumer-focused businesses. He is the Co-Founder and CEO of Aged Care Decisions and Aged Care Reviews, Australia’s leading aged care platforms, and Managing Director of Human Dynamics Pty Ltd, providing strategic advisory to owners, executives, and boards. Previously, he served as CEO and Executive Director of Leadership Management Australia, overseeing leadership programs and market expansion. Andrew’s expertise in business growth, operational excellence, and client-centric strategies strengthens Ginto Privilege Club’s board and its mission to deliver premium member experiences.

Kenneth Ray – Board Director

Kenneth Ray is an experienced Australian entrepreneur and business strategist with extensive experience in aged care, property, and social enterprise. He is the Co-Founder & Executive Director of Aged Care Decisions (since 2016), Australia’s largest aged care placement service, and Co-Founder of Aged Care Reviews (since 2013), the country’s leading aged care consumer review platform. Kenneth has also contributed to social impact initiatives, serving on VACRO’s Social Enterprise Reference Group to support employment opportunities for individuals exiting the criminal justice system. In addition, he has held senior business development and consulting roles, including Business Development Manager at Lend Lease Australia, National New Business Manager at Meinhardt Australia and Principal at Keppler Consulting, where he advised on business growth and property transactions. Kenneth’s leadership in both commercial and social initiatives brings strategic insight and a strong community focus to Ginto Privilege Club’s board.
