Ginhawa Support Draw – Official Mechanics

1. Eligibility

The draw is open to individuals who:

• are 18 years old or older and legally residing in the Philippines;
• complete a successfully paid eligible GPC Pack purchase within the qualifying purchase period;
• provide a valid name, Philippine mobile number and email address; and
• can complete GPC identity, eligibility, address and tax-document requirements if selected as a provisional winner.

GPC directors, officers, employees, persons directly involved in administering the draw, participating suppliers where prohibited, and other persons excluded under these mechanics are not eligible. Only successfully paid Pack transactions recorded before the cut-off qualify. Failed, pending, refunded, reversed, fraudulent, duplicate-error or late transactions are excluded.

2. GPC Packs and Entries

• Each valid Pack purchase applies only to this draw. Entries do not carry over.
• Multiple separate Pack purchases are allowed. Each valid transaction receives the entries shown above.
• Every GPC Pack is a one-off purchase with no automatic renewal or recurring charge. Entries are electronic.
• Each valid Sulit or Ginto transaction receives one place in the Bonus Reward pool. This pool is not weighted by the 6 or 20 Main Draw entries.
• Partner Deals access and promotional entries are included benefits and remain subject to the applicable GPC Pack and Partner Deal terms.

3. Main Prize – ₱10,000 Ginhawa Support Reward

One verified Main Winner receives a ₱10,000 Ginhawa Support Reward and may choose one published option:

• grocery eGift or voucher;
• shopping or everyday-essentials eGift or voucher; or
• ₱10,000 support transfer to the winner’s verified Philippine GCash or bank account.

The winner must choose within two business days after GPC sends the approved options. If no valid choice is received, GPC will assign the published ₱10,000 grocery eGift default or an equal-value approved flexible eGift where necessary. Missing the selection deadline does not cancel the prize or shorten the official claim period.

4. ₱500 GCash Bonus Rewards

• Five distinct ₱500 GCash Bonus Winners will be selected.
• Only valid Sulit and Ginto Pack transactions are included.
• Each qualifying Sulit or Ginto transaction receives one place in the pool.
• One person may receive only one Bonus Reward draw.
• Payment is made only to the verified winner’s eligible GCash account after transaction, identity and mobile verification.

5. Winner Selection and Livestream Contact

• After the 6:00 PM PHT cut-off, GPC reconciles payments, removes invalid or late transactions, locks both pools and retains an audit record.
• One provisional Main Winner and five provisional Bonus Winners are selected electronically using GPC’s approved random-selection method and recorded in the Winner Log.
• Provisional winners are announced during the scheduled 8:00 PM PHT GPC Facebook Live and remain subject to verification.
• GPC may make up to three call attempts to the provisional Main Winner during the livestream. Failure to answer does not cause an automatic redraw, provided the official verification and claim requirements are completed in time.
• An alternate may be selected if a provisional winner is ineligible, fraudulent, cannot be verified, or does not complete the required claim steps within the official claim period.

6. One Prize Per Person Per Draw

• A participant may receive either the Main Prize or one ₱500 Bonus Reward, not both.
• The Main Prize takes priority. If the same person is selected for both, the Bonus Reward is reassigned after verification.
• If one person is selected more than once in the Bonus pool, only the first valid selection stands and replacements are selected.
• All results remain provisional until verification. Replacements use the same approved random process and are recorded.

7. Verification, Claim Period and Prize Release

• A provisional winner may need to provide a matching government-issued ID, verified mobile and email details, a serviceable Philippine address where required, a TIN where required, and a winner acknowledgement.
• The official claim period is at least 60 days from the latest winner notification or publication, whichever occurs later.
• Claims are handled through official GPC email and mobile support channels and, where applicable, an authorised provider or collection point.
• Release may be held until identity, eligibility, tax, serviceability and other required documents are complete.

8. Taxes

Applicable Philippine tax rules apply. GPC will comply with legally required tax treatment. When a TIN or tax document is legally required, the winner must provide it. GPC will never direct a winner to pay tax to a personal or unknown account.

9. Target Fulfilment

Target service level: normally 1-7 business days after completed verification and a valid selection or default assignment.

Target service levels are not guaranteed delivery dates. GPC will provide an accurate status update if verification, merchant availability, delivery, tax documentation or another approved requirement causes delay.

10. Prize Availability, Substitution and Winner Costs

• GPC will not reduce the declared prize value.
• If the assigned provider cannot reasonably serve the winner, an approved equal-value provider may be used.
• Ginhawa Support is the only October Main Prize with a cash, GCash or bank support-transfer option.
• Any eGift, voucher or transfer remains subject to provider terms, eligibility and serviceability.

11. Winner Announcement, Privacy and Proof

• GPC may publish a verified winner’s first name and surname initial, city or province, prize, draw date and accurate fulfilment status.
• Photos, videos, testimonials and livestream appearances are voluntary, require consent, and are not a condition of prize release.
• GPC will not publish voucher codes, OTPs, full addresses, account numbers, TINs, ID numbers or other sensitive information.
• Public status will reflect the real fulfilment stage, such as Verified, Processing or Delivered.

12. General Terms

• GPC may disqualify a transaction or participant for fraud, false information, prohibited participation, payment reversal, tampering or another ground in these mechanics or the applicable GPC terms.
• GPC may update a date, time, prize, eligibility rule or other mechanic when reasonably required by law, safety, fraud prevention, operational necessity or circumstances beyond its control. Material changes will be published through official GPC channels before taking effect, except where immediate protective action is required.
• These mechanics, applicable GPC Pack terms and other published GPC terms govern this draw. The draw will be conducted under applicable Philippine law and regulatory requirements.
