How the Winner Was Drawn?
GPC prize draws are conducted using a digital draw process designed to support fairness, accuracy, and verification.
The random digital draw is conducted at 10:30 AM (PHT) from valid eligible entries, in accordance with the official promotion mechanics and eligibility requirements.
All 10:30 AM random draws are recorded for internal verification and audit record purposes.
Verification checks are then completed before the winner is confirmed and publicly announced during the official livestream announcement at 12:30 PM (PHT) via Ginto Privilege Club’s Facebook page.
Members may view their recorded giveaway entries in the GPC App under My Giveaway Entries. Entry records remain subject to validation under the official promotion mechanics.
Important Notes
- All cash prizes are subject to a 20% final withholding tax, in accordance with Philippine tax regulations.
- The winner has been notified via email and SMS.
- Each member may win once per giveaway, but may still join and win in future giveaways.
- Prizes are non-transferable and must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of notice.
