Member Giveaway Mechanics
- Promo Period:
The promo runs from 24 December 2025 to 31 January 2026.
- Promo Entry:
Customers become entitled to entries by purchasing a paid membership to Ginto Privilege Club via its website https://gintoprivilegeclub.com.
Upon purchasing a membership, subscribers gain access to a curated collection of discounts, cashback opportunities, special promotions, and exclusive privileges from Ginto’s partner retailers and service providers. Members can conveniently browse and redeem these offers through the Ginto Privilege Club website or mobile app, providing them with tangible savings and added lifestyle value.
As an additional benefit during the promo period, each paid membership also qualifies the customer for member giveaway entries corresponding to their chosen membership tier, giving them a chance to win prizes under this promotional campaign.
Different membership tiers will entitle the customer to different number of entries:
- Basic Membership – 10 entries
- Elite Membership – 100 entries
- Royale Membership – 1000 entries
- Member Giveaway Draw:
The member giveaway draw will be held on Saturday 31st January 2026, at 19:00 PHT, at the offices of mad Agency, 2nd floor, Bookman Building, 373 Quezon Ave, Brgy Lourdes, Quezon City 1114 and will be broadcast live via the Promoter’s Facebook Live page.
- Prizes:
The prize is:
- Major Prize – ₱200,000 PHP (inclusive of 20% Final Tax)
- Number of Winners – 2 only, with each winner getting a Major Prize of ₱100,000 PHP
- Tax and Expenses:
Taxes (including the 20% withholding tax for prizes over ₱10,000) and any associated expenses will be shouldered by winner.
- Prize Conversion or Transfer:
The prize is in cash and is not transferable.
- Notification of Winners:
The winner will be notified by registered mail, email, and SMS.
- Announcement of Winners:
The winner will be publicly announced via Ginto Privilege Club’s official social media accounts and website. Ginto’s official social media accounts are as follows:

- Multiple Wins:
A member may only win once.
- Prize Claim:
Winners can claim their prizes at the offices of Ginto Privilege Club Corporation – 2nd Floor, GCA Building, 2303 Chino Roces Ave Extension, Magallanes, City of Makati 1232.
Where possible, the prize will be transferred electronically in a bank wire transfer of the winner within 72 hours of contact being made with the winner.
- Claim Requirements:
Upon claiming the prize, winners must present a valid government-issued ID along with a duly executed and notarized affidavit attesting to their identity, confirming that they are the winner, and acknowledging that they have received the prize, less the 20% Final Tax on Prizes.
- Claim via Authorized Representative:
If a winner cannot claim in person, their authorized representative must present:
- Government-issued ID of the winner
- Government-issued ID of the authorized representative
- Letter authorizing the representative to claim the prize on behalf of the winner
- Prize Forfeiture:
Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of the notice. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Ginto Privilege Club Corporation.
- Disqualification:
Employees of Ginto Privilege Club Corporation, affiliates and advertising agencies, as well as their immediate family members (parents, children, and siblings) and partners of immediate family members, whether by birth or marriage, are disqualified from participating in the promo.
