As GPC grows, more merchants, categories, and locations are added-giving members even more ways to save and enjoy benefits wherever they are.
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time via the app. You will still enjoy full access until the end of your current billing period.Â
If you choose to upgrade or downgrade your GPC membership, the change will take effect from your next billing cycle. For any new giveaways launched after the change takes effect, your entries will reflect your new membership level.
We accept credit cards, debit cards, and major digital wallets like GCash and Maya.
Absolutely! You can gift a membership to someone else by adding them as a member to your account. This can easily be done on your Account screen through the GPC app.
Browse and redeem privileges directly in the GPC app. Some experiences may require advance confirmation.
Claiming your GPC discounts is quick and easy.
Open the GPC app and select the offer you want to use.
Retrieve your coupon code or discount barcode/QR code from the app.
Present your active GPC membership along with the code to the partnered merchant to redeem your discount.
If you are redeeming the offer in person, simply show the code at the merchant’s store at checkout.
If you are redeeming an offer online, please follow the specific online redemption instructions displayed with each deal in the app.
Please note that all codes are time-sensitive and valid for 30 minutes. Be sure to complete your transaction within this period to successfully redeem your offer.
Once you register, we will send a verification code to your email to confirm your account.
Please check your Inbox for the email. If you don’t see it, check your Spam or Junk folder.
After confirming your email, open the GPC app and go to your Account Dashboard to verify your mobile number. This allows you to receive important updates and reminders through SMS.
If you did not receive the verification code, you can easily request a resend in the app.
Completing both email and mobile verification helps keep your account secure and ensures you don’t miss out on discounts, giveaways, or important announcements.
You can easily check your giveaway entries inside the GPC app.
Open the GPC app.
Go to “My Giveaway Entries”.
You will see the number of entries you have for each weekly giveaway (highlighted in red).
Your giveaway entries are applied per weekly giveaway, every month, based on your membership plan.
This means you receive the same number of entries for each weekly giveaway within the month.
Basic Membership:
10 entries for every weekly giveaway in that month
Elite Membership:
100 entries for every weekly giveaway in that month
Royale Membership:
1,000 entries for every weekly giveaway in that month
You can always check your entries inside the GPC app under “My Giveaway Entries”. If entries are shown there, you are already included- no action needed.
If you win, we will contact you using the details you provided when you signed up.

If you win, the announcement may be made during our live draw, where Miss Ginto personally shares the good news. The entire live draw is recorded to ensure transparency and fairness.
After the draw, our team will contact you using your registered details to confirm your win and coordinate prize delivery. For some prizes, we may capture photos or video of the handover and feature the winner in the GPC app and on our website- always in a respectful and celebratory way.

Your giveaway entries reset after each giveaway draw. Once a draw is completed, new entries are automatically applied to the next available giveaway based on your active membership plan.

Weekly Giveaways:
Draws are held every Thursday at 12:30 PM for the first three weeks of the month and are conducted live via our GPC facebook page.
Monthly Major Giveaway:
The final week of each month features our major monthly giveaway, held live on a Saturday at 7:00 PM.
All live draws are recorded, and highlights can be viewed later in the app and on our website under the “WINNERS” section.
As a GPC member, you’ll receive a unique referral code to share with friends or family. When someone signs up using your code, not only will they receive one month of free Royale membership, you will earn  an income every month they pay their membership. This only applies to direct referrals.There is no limit to how many people you can refer. It’s our way of thanking you for helping grow the GPC community.
You receive commission income instantly the moment your referral signs up and completes their paid registration using your referral link or code. This means immediate payout for every successful referral.
Yes. Inside the GPC App Referral Dashboard, you can view who registered using your referral link or code, who completed payment, and which referrals are active. All referral activity is clearly displayed for transparency.
No. There is no minimum earnings threshold. You receive commission income immediately once a referral is successfully completed.
Commission income applies only while the referred member is active and paid. If a referral cancels their membership, commission income from that referral will stop until they reactivate.
Yes. Your referral activity and commission income are updated in real time inside the GPC App. No manual tracking. No estimates. Full transparency.
Yes. Ginto Privilege Club sends in-app notifications for referral activity and important updates. Please ensure your mobile number is verified in your account dashboard so you can also receive SMS notifications.
No. Commission income does not expire. It remains recorded in your account as long as your membership is active and in good standing.
A BIR downloadable form is available directly in the GPC App. This form already includes all your recorded earnings, so there is no need for manual tracking. It helps you stay tax-compliant while continuing to earn your commission income.
No. All GPC membership tiers are eligible to earn commission income. Your commission income depends on the membership tier chosen by your referred member, not your own.
No. There is no limit. You may refer as many people as you want and earn commission income from every active, paid referral.
To be credited, your referral must register using your referral link or code. If the link or code is not used during registration, the referral cannot be credited to your account.
Yes. You may refer family members, friends, workmates, or online contacts, provided they are new to Ginto Privilege Club and do not have an existing GPC account.
No. Refer & Rise is an ongoing program of Ginto Privilege Club. However, GPC reserves the right to update program mechanics with prior notice.
The Top Referrer of the Week runs Friday to Friday, with a 12:00 PM cut-off. The winner receives ₱5,000 cash and is announced every Friday at 12:30 PM via official GPC channels.
No. No selling is required. You simply share your referral link. As an Overseas Filipino Worker (OFW), you can join Ginto Privilege Club by registering as an Account Holder through the GPC app.
As an Account Holder, you will:

Please note that OFW Account Holders are not able to personally redeem local merchant deals or claim giveaway prizes, as these benefits are intended for members residing in the Philippines. At this time, OFW Account Holders are also not eligible to earn commission income through Refer & Rise.
GPC memberships and rewards are designed for use within the Philippines, but OFWs are welcome to stay connected, informed, and involved through the platform.
Yes. As an OFW, once you are registered as an Account Holder, you can add your family and friends in the Philippines as GPC Members and choose the membership plan you would like to purchase for them.
