Complete Mechanics:

1. Promo Period: The promo runs from Friday 07 November 2025 to Saturday 29 November 2025.

2. Eligibility: Customers become entitled to entries by purchasing a paid membership to Ginto Privilege Club via its website https://gintoprivilegeclub.com. Different membership tiers will entitle the customer to different number of entries:

Basic Membership – 10 entries

Elite Membership – 100 entries

Royale Membership – 1000 entries

A member must proactively allocate their entries entitlement to the Raffle by clicking the relevant “Enter Raffle” popup in the Promoter’s app / website.

3. Raffle Draw: The raffle draw will be held on Saturday 29 November 2025, at 19:05 PHT, at the offices of mad Agency, 2^nd floor, Bookman Building, 373 Quezon Ave, Brgy Lourdes, Quezon City 1114, supervised by a DTI representative. The draw must occur within 14 days after the entry submission deadline.

4. Prizes: The prize is:

Major Prize – 1,000,000.00 PHP (inclusive of 20% Final Tax)

Number of Winners – 1 only

5. Tax and Expenses: Taxes (including the 20% withholding tax for prizes over ₱10,000) and any associated expenses will be shouldered by winner.

6. Prize Conversion or Transfer: Prize is in cash and not transferable.

7. Notification of Winners: Winner will be notified by registered mail (PHILPOST) and email and SMS.

8. Announcement of Winners: Winners will be publicly announced via social media and website.

9. Multiple Wins: N/A.

10. Prize Claim: Winners can claim their prizes at the offices of Ginto Privilege Club Corporation – 2^nd Floor, G&A Building, 2303 Chino Roces Ave Extension, Magallanes, City of Makati 1232.

Where possible, the prize will be transferred electronically in a bank wire transfer to the winner within 72 hours of contact being made with the winner.

11. Claim Requirements: Winners must present valid government issued ID to claim their prize. Presentation may be made by notarised copy of ID being sent to Ginto Privilege Club Corporation.

12. Claim via Authorized Representative: If a winner cannot claim in person, their authorized representative must present:

• Valid ID of the winner
• Authorization letter

13. Prize Forfeiture: Prizes must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of the registered notice. Unclaimed prizes will be forfeited in favor of Ginto Privilege Club Corporation, with DTI approval.

14. Disqualification: Employees of Ginto Privilege Club Corporation, affiliates, advertising agencies, merchants, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity, are disqualified from participating in the promo.
