How The Winner Is Drawn

GPC prize draws are conducted using a random digital draw process designed to support fairness, accuracy, and verification.

The random digital draw is conducted at 10:30 AM (PHT) from valid eligible entries.

All 10:30 AM random draws are recorded for internal verification and audit record purposes.

Verification checks are then completed before the winner is confirmed and publicly announced during the official livestream announcement at 12:30 PM (PHT) via Ginto Privilege Club’s Facebook page.

Members may view their recorded giveaway entries in the GPC App under My Giveaway Entries. Entry records remain subject to validation under the official promotion mechanics.

Notification of Winner

The winner will be notified through their registered email, SMS, and/or GPC App notification.

The winner will also be publicly announced through Ginto Privilege Club’s official social media accounts and website.

Each member may win once per giveaway, but may still join and win again in future giveaways.

Prize Claim

The winner may claim the prize at the office of Ginto Privilege Club Corporation:

2nd Floor, GCA Building, 2303 Chino Roces Ave Extension, Magallanes, Makati City 1232

Where possible, the prize may be transferred electronically to the winner’s nominated bank account within 72 hours after successful verification and contact with the winner.

Claim Requirements:

To claim the prize, the winner must present:

• A valid government-issued ID
• A duly executed and notarized affidavit confirming their identity, confirming that they are the winner, and acknowledging receipt of the prize net of applicable tax

Claim via Authorized Representative:

If the winner cannot claim the prize in person, an authorized representative must present:

• Valid government-issued ID of the winner
• Valid government-issued ID of the authorized representative
• Notarized authorization letter allowing the representative to claim the prize on behalf of the winner

Prize Forfeiture

The prize must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of notice.

Unclaimed prizes after the claim period may be forfeited in favor of Ginto Privilege Club Corporation, subject to applicable laws, regulations, and official promotion mechanics.

Disqualification

Employees of Ginto Privilege Club Corporation, its affiliates, advertising agencies, and their immediate family members are disqualified from joining the promo.

For this purpose, immediate family members include parents, children, siblings, spouses, and partners, whether by birth, marriage, or legal relationship.
